The Core provides data analysis services for experiments conducted using microarray, NGS, Nanostring, and related technologies.

LBC expertise in genomic analytics has led to numerous successful collaborations. In total, LBC support for individual faculty is evident in 100+ peer reviewed publications with 20+ labs over the last 5 years where LBC staff are named as contributing authors. LCCC investigators are welcome to make general inquiries in person or through email. Requests for analytical support are delegated and tracked according to staff expertise. Analytical support ranges from data queries, to text mining, and specialty sequencing workflows through to statistics for high throughput studies.
